User Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Atlantean Tribune.

What Data Can Be Deleted

• Email addresses and names provided via subscription forms
• Contact form submissions
• Comment data (if applicable)

How to Request Data Deletion

Send a data deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:

• The email address you used to subscribe or contact us
• Your name (if provided)
• The nature of the data you believe we hold

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Exemptions

We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records). Such exemptions will be communicated to you.
